Strangely enough, the stories of these two gentlemen seem to run parallel to each other. While it is true that one of the men is a poor black man and the other is a world-famous white oligarch, the tragedies that define their lives are, in many ways, identical.
Consider first the case of Darrel Brooks, the man who raced through a Christmas parade in his SUV, killing six and injuring more than sixty. Then consider the case of Joe Biden, a man whose actions led directly to the deaths of 13 soldiers and at least 90 Afghans on August 26, 2021.
According to American media, Darrel Brooks was not responsible for the deaths. That sex criminal, who should have been in jail on November 21, simply happened to be behind the steering wheel of a wild SUV that decided to crash through a Christmas parade. By the same token, the Big Guy, the man placed into the Oval Office less than two years ago, is not blamed for anything. In fact, NEWSWEEK magazine, in reporting on Biden’s failures in Afghanistan, chose to compare the relatively few people killed on August 26 to the thousands who had died in that long war in the previous 14 years. NEWSWEEK was quick to report that the arch villain Donald J. Trump had planned to pull the troops out, anyway. So, in a way, it was all Trump’s fault.
Of course, Brandon insisted that he would respond “in force’ to the unnecessary deaths and, in response, a car filled with children and aid workers was blasted into eternity by our ever-responsible military. Nearly fifteen months later, we have no idea how many Americans remain in Afghanistan or how many of our allies have been killed by the Taliban. We do know how many millions of dollars’ worth of armaments and military equipment were abandoned to the Taliban.
Brooks’ most recent reign of terror lasted less than a month, if you include the woman he tried to run over a few days before the multiple murders on November 21. His felony rap sheet, including several charges of criminal assault and strangling (going back 23 years), might have landed another man in jail. Instead, he was out on $500.00 bail.
He is currently in court, making a mockery of our legal system by defending himself and being escorted out of the court room numerous times for his outbursts.
How about POTUS 46? His current crime spree apparently began on December 13, 2013. That was the day that his son, Hunter, flew with him on US 2 to China to make a $31 million dollar deal. To this day, despite evidence to the contrary, the Big Guy denies ever speaking one word to his son during either of those twelve-hour flights to and from China. And then, there is the famous March 2016 incident where creepy Joe blackmailed Ukraine and threatened to withhold $1 billion dollars in financial aid if the prosecutor that was about to interview Hunter regarding his involvement with Burisma was not fired.
I could go on and on, but it is wearisome to recount how corrupt our government has become. Biden’s consigliere, Merrick Garland, is busy marshaling the FBI to round up and detain the Big Guy’s imagined political enemies and, since taking office, Biden has made one bonehead mistake after another, each decision weakening the United States and effectively making us helpless and bankrupt.
They say that justice delayed is justice denied, but, unless Joe Biden manages to get us in a World War in the next three months, he will be held accountable. The only question is: will Vladimir Putin wait until the 118th congress is seated before defending his country?
The "current" crime spree is difficult to separate from the whole criminal history. He took bribes from the insurance industry throughout his time as a Senator. With Ted Kennedy he overturned nearly two centuries of adherence to constitutional principles of advise and consent on judicial appointments. The ease with which he became the primary beneficiary of a criminal enterprise didn't happen overnight.
Thanks for saying this. It is so relevant to what we are seeing happen everyday as our country slips further in the abyss of debt, inflation, wars, murder, crime, and corruption.
Keep putting the truth out there, maybe more will catch on.
