It should come as no surprise that bomb shelters and bunkers are selling like hotcakes. Of course, it may surprise those who rely on ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, NPR, or PBS for information.

We have never been closer to nuclear annihilation than we are today.

Unbeknownst to most people is the fact that Tony Blinken terminated all contact between the USA and Russia two years ago.

Likewise, most are unaware that U.S. soldiers are firing our missiles into the heartland of Russia, using sophisticated weaponry beyond the ability of untrained Ukrainians to operate.

Is this a provocation or an invitation to turn the Biden v Putin rivalry into a third world war? It must be frightening to the aged librarian DR. JILL that she may have to decide when to push the button that will end life as we know it.

I realize that most of my readers are more educated and informed than I am. Can any of you imagine what will happen when the first American troops are blown away to protect fascism in eastern Europe?

Certainly, Kamela would be incapable of making an intelligent decision (and I was sort of joking about Dr. Jill who is currently leading our nation) and I can’t help but wonder if there are any senior military leaders who are still men that would be able to make that decision. And will he/she/it?

Any comments and ideas posted would be greatly appreciated.

And speaking of horror, I just saw a man interviewed on television that is living in a tent near Asheville. Temperatures in Asheville will be near ten degrees tonight. He says that no one from the government has visited his destroyed home or his tent and that charitable strangers have been dropping off food for him. He seems to resent the fact that FEMA ordered Samaritans’ Purse not to help the mountain communities destroyed by the hurricane.
