Everyone who pays attention to politics is now aware that an FBI informant named Ray Epps was instrumental in leading the January 6, 2021 assault on “the Peoples House”. Few are aware of the numbers of agents, provocateurs and informants that instigated the riot that resulted in the murder of Ashli Babbitt and the imprisonment of several hundred supporters of President Trump.
It is disappointing to realize that many Americans still believe there was an attempted unarmed insurrection just over a year ago.
Three months before that date, the FBI arrested some men in Michigan, claiming that they were involved in a plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer. In just ten days, these six men will be tried in a Grand Rapids courtroom. Little has been said about the more than twelve FBI agents and snitches who developed the plot and who encouraged their victims to act. In fact, an FBI Confidential Source from Wisconsin, a man named Stephen Robeson, is being prevented from testifying for the defense.
“Justice” in Amerika has changed greatly in the 21st Century.
These cases bring to mind a young man I knew in northern Michigan forty years ago. He and his extended family of drug dealers had moved to the quiet tourist town of Indian River after being run out of Saginaw. This man had just been released from jail following a conviction of drug trafficking and, within thirty days, he was busted again. I sat in a back row of the courtroom in Petoskey. He was charged with the delivery of narcotics. A pair of narks had approached him, asked him to score some hashish for him, and drove him to his connection’s home to acquire the medicinal herb. Of course, once it changed hands from the young man to the police informants, he was arrested.
Although he was a habitual criminal and probably required no arm-twisting on the part of the cops to get drugs for them, he was acquitted. I will never forget his words on the witness stand when accused by the district attorney of delivering narcotics. He said, “I didn’t deliver any drugs, I delivered a couple narks.” The judge determined that the narks had pressured the man to cop some drugs and that he wouldn’t have done so if they hadn’t kept after him.
Can you imagine this happening in 2022? I can’t.
In the next three days, the truckers’ Freedom Convoy is scheduled to arrive in Washington, DC. It will be a golden opportunity for Brandon’s DOJ to claim that a second “insurrection” has arrived at the capitol and our glorious leader will have something to talk about in his State of the Union message besides the debacle of Afghanistan, his mistakes in Ukraine, his criminal activity involving illegal aliens, the importation of Chinese Fentanyl, human trafficking, and inflation.
Lucky guy, that Brandon. He lives a charmed life.

JUSTICE, n. : in American jurisprudence it is Procedure, and nothing else; People with even the most basic sense have long mistaken the word to allude to fairness and truth. . . (Excuse me, I’m laughing too hard to continue.)
Once upon a midnight dreary,
I saw through my picture window clearly
A police cruiser bearing
Down upon my neighbor wearing
His nightly face of torpid drunkenness.
Spoke I, “More! More!”
Then soon enough the copper spaketh,
Saying to the drunkard, “You! Awaketh!
“I’m taking your ass to jail.
“Resist and upon you I’ll wail
“Away with my new polished hick’ry club.”
Said I, “Give ‘im the stick!”
Then time-tested jurisprudence
Came to bear to make a good man wince.
The toper pulled out I.D.
Showing him the Head Cop to be.
And somewhere Atlas shrugged and shook his head.
Moaned I, “The Truth is dead.”
